This project was new construction for a student housing facility on the Southeast Missouri State University’s campus. The building had a basement and four floors that equated to 80, 589 SF. PCG provided a cost loaded critical path method schedule for this fast tracked project. PCG developed the baseline schedule and provided monthly updates to the owner and architect. All weather days and change orders were incorporated into the schedule as they occurred. PCG also provided cash flow curves, cost forecasting, and earned value reports on a monthly basis
