Project included construction of (4) new middle schools. The buildings were approximately 113,000 square feet, with a three story classroom wing and a building capacity of 900 students. PCG provided personnel to analyze dollar and projected crew sizes based on forecast schedules to ensure cost/schedule integration. Incorporated input on any owner provided equipment/furniture. Monitored all changes to the contract and provided statistical reports on the schedule, budgets, manpower forecast and estimate at completion. Monitored and reported on DBE requirements for the project.
