Interface Construction partnered with Tarlton Corporation as a joint venture to provide construction management services for the new $90 million outpatient health center in St. Louis’s Central West End. The team completed the core & shell and the interior build-out of the 1st thru 4th floors. This project was a 2012 AGC Keystone Awards finalist for GC/CM/Prime Building Construction Project $40 Million or More.
The 12-story, 322,000 square foot facility includes outpatient clinics and medical office space for BJC HealthCare, Barnes-Jewish, St. Louis Children’s Hospital and the Siteman Cancer Center with space available on the main level for retail stores.
